That is a neat looking model. It looks like you could get some of the pieces
from the parts packs from Lego Shop@Home, others you will have to get by
buying some sets. If you're only looking to make one bike then buying parts
from eBay probably won't help you much. But I think all of the parts there
can be bought still with the possible exception of the black wheel thing
between the two wheels near the ground. I can't tell what part that is.
