(...) I've used two of the little pumps in conjunction with two Air Tanks. I takes 15-20 sec. to fill up the tanks and afterwards you can operate a pneumatic cylinder every 2.5 - 3 sec. for about 15 min. while the compressor is running coutinously. (...) (...) Since only wanted 2, I opted for Onyx & Power (they have the best merge). Power: Blade & Surge Onyx: Blast (missile launcher guy) and...Blast. So I'd say it's probably random and I got screwed. (25 years ago, 22-Jun-00, to lugnet.technic)
