For the past 6 months on and off I've been trying to create a Technic construction vehicle... with all tries miserably failing, until recently I managed to pull up a nice undercarriage system which, in my opinion, is kind of huge. Hi all, Had my camera back so figured I'd upload a video of the new PF controller controlling some old 9V stuff. It's hooked to an original PF battery box, don't have he new one and haven't tested the old 9V b-box. (URL) (15 years ago, 21-Apr-09, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.technic)

(...) That's not a bug- it's a feature. The point is to protect the motor from damage. That said, I bet if you used two clutch gears you'll get twice the allowable torque. I don't recommend it- but you could try it and see what you think. (15 years ago, 17-Apr-09, to lugnet.technic)

(...) I think it's a non-issue for the most part. The torque isn't really "over a range" - it's different for different clutch gears, but for any *single* clutch gear it's pretty constant.
