I just noticed this RC car being added at Lego's site.

Anybody got this set?

It looks like complete crap and completely un-lego. Only 90 parts, VS
Supersonic's 400 parts!!
More expensive, too. Makes me want to buy Supersonic even more! (Which I'm
buying as soon as it goes on sale)

(...) These are outdoor products, as Rob has noted. These are water and mud-resistant--of course you know little boys will want to run these through the mud!. I was lucky enough to see the prototypes at Enfield last year, but I couldn't talk about (...) (20 years ago, 29-Jun-04, to lugnet.technic)

What exactly does 'flexible nylon elements' mean anyway? do they still work with normal bricks or are they to soft?
