Hi Jennifer,
I can see that I have mostly the same opinion as you, and I think its a good
subject to discuss. I do not own that much of the "new" technic bricks, but the
few bricks I have are very usefull in some particular places. But I'm a bit
sorry that LEGO only put those new bricks in all the new sets, as far as I know.
I think they should mix the parts, and give the "new" builders a chance to get a
collection of both types.

| Yes, it is best to have the option of using either method where appropriate... presumably it is still possible to get sets with the traditional Technic beams etc. What would be a good currently available set for this? Jennifer (20 years ago, 29-Jun-04, to lugnet.technic)
