| | | | (...) I haven't noticed that. However, I noticed that the new tan axle pins have a significantly weaker pin than the old gray ones. See how easily the wheels come off on the 4404, 8451, 8453... (21 years ago, 23-May-04, to lugnet.technic)

In fact, I've performed a few quick, crude tests and not been able to tell any difference (i.e. I pushed on and pulled off the same bushing on both black and grey axles). Of (...) | | | | (...) Black Lego pieces have carbon in them, which is why they don't bleach (see colour debate elsewhere). I wonder if this makes any difference to friction? I don't think there's any difference when I cut up grey or black parts - they all make a (...) (21 years ago, 23-May-04, to lugnet.technic)
