  Is the Technic brand being phased out?
 
After putting together the cool new 8010 Darth Vader "Technic Set" last night, I noticed that the box does not even say "Technic" on it. This got me wondering, so today, I took a closer look at the upcoming "Technic sets" here, (URL) low and behold, (...) (23 years ago, 15-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

One more thing on Non-Lego parts. What about the use of remote control equipment? I've entered my tractor, but I completely forgot that I've used HiTechnic's R/C unit. I know there are several builders out there that use this particular device in (...) (23 years ago, 15-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic)

If you're going to allow cranes, you'll need to allow the use of string to: 1. connect spool(s) to lifting hook(s) 2. connect spool(s) to main boom and jib 3. all (...)
