  Re: new group

(...) I agree with you there. Lugnet has many "compartments" already. A .crane group would be a bit too much. However, some builders of cranes (as we've seen recently) prefer to post in the Model Team group. I guess they feel that their creations (...) (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)

Thanks Steve and Don! I tried out your ideas and also built a couple of others that are variations of your ideas. I think I'm getting close to what I need. thanks, TJ (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Technic A-10 Warthog

Yeah, that's it, that's what I meant... Actually, I always call that gun by the wrong name. But the 6 barrel excuse does sound pretty good, doesn't it? :) One of these days I suppose I'll remember to use the correct name, won't I. Thanks for the (...) (...) Heheh. Come on now, tell us how you really feel :) Thanks (I think) for the compliments. As for how the (expletive deleted) I did that, well, that's between me and the psychotic Lego Spirit that gives me the inspiration. Adrian -- (...)   Re: Technic A-10 Warthog

Dang! That is just amazing Adrian! I can't even begin to comprehend how you packed all those features into your model. Impressive, most impressive. BTW isn't the gun called the [1] Avenger? I thought the [2] Vulcan was a smaller gatling gun used by (...) (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Technic A-10 Warthog

(...) Yes. The real thing is balanced by the gun. In fact, when the gun is removed, a series of large heavy plates are put in its place for just that reason. I worked F-16 weapons for the 57 FWW. Which was a composite training wing with a wide (...) (23 years ago, 30-Nov-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.build.military)
