  Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) Interesting rant Harvey, but I take offense to a couple of things you mention in it. (...) If their formula had continued to be a winning one throughout the '90s, Lego would have continued to use it. I prefer to look at it as 'they held on as (...)   Re: LEGO in Washington Post

(...) Well, it's nice that Michael and Christian were mentioned, but I'm wondering if they didn't come off as salivating adult geeks by being pegged alone...especially after so many of us were interviewed, and yet no mention was made of LUGNET, (...)   Re: Wal Mart Promo

(...) Happier than me... I went to 2 diff Wal-Marts & they looked at me like I was nuts or something. Hopefully TRU's mask give-away will turn out better. Mike theBionicleMan (23 years ago, 20-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Re: Bionicle parts + classic piece connections

(...) oohhhh....I just had a frightening thought. Lego could advertise Gali as being anotomically correct. Think about it, few action figures actually are. Gali-more anotomically correct than Barbie. More fun, too! -Dave Johann Beyond Bionicle: Lego (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Wal Mart Promo

(...) Clearance Bionicle? Cool! I wish that happened near me... WalMart #1 near me- 'Bionicle promotion? What's Bionicle? Oh, that Lego poster we have hanging up? Oh, well, we haven't been told about that so I guess we're not doing it.' Walmart #2 (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Onward to le-koro

Speaking of seeing this again, there's a small "bug" in this release. It looks like a programming flag set by the developers to be able to reset and go through the Le Koro portion without deleting entire cookies. POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT... If you (...)   Re: Onward to le-koro

In the reply of Christian Gemünden I read that it is possible to see the episodes of the Mata Nui game without playing with. He placed a link on his reply. I found out by myself that also .../Episode_1-2.swf can be seen on this way. Are there (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Templar?

Does anyone know why the flags in Le-Koro say "Templar", after the battle with the Nui-Rama is over? (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

Fluting the rules Re: Onward to le-koro

(...) Alright. I've done everything, gone to Le-Koro and when I pick up the flute... nothing. It doesn't appear in my bag. I've cleared my cache, I've deleted the cookies and temporary files. I've offered the computer a biscuit instead and it's (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Wal Mart Promo

(...) The Meijers I went to today had the same promo. I didn't get out until late today and just happened upon it, so I wasn't there for the game playing. I just saw the signs and a small pile of posters. I asked for and received a poster for each (...) (23 years ago, 19-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

  Re: Bionicle poster

Well One Wal mArt was running the promo and had 3 people "running" the whole thing. They were pretty stiff since they said they only had 180 masks and 180 posters...   Re: My first MOCs on Brickshelf

Thanks. For the Jeep, I made sure I got the grill, headlights, and fender flares pretty close to right to make sure it would be recognizable.   Re: Bionicle poster

(...) My local Walmart was giving away free masks and posters today. They had each toa mask in a different color as well as 6 posters. Take 'em while they last was the general idea. Jason F. (23 years ago, 18-Aug-01, to lugnet.technic)
