Re: A way to build a universal joint?

(...) Okay, I've tried now. You've captured my interest and I wanted to see how I could do it. Take a look at 3 ideas: (URL) I spectulated before, the home-made joints are bulky and it will be hard to incorporate them into a nice, neat, compact (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: A way to build a universal joint?

(...) Greg, Building a u-joint probably can be done, although I've never really tried. The problem will be that whatever assembly is built will be large and bulky (as compared to the original Lego-made u-joint). The home-built one will be hard to (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

A way to build a universal joint?

Since I have no universal joints at my disposal, and there are currently no reasonably priced sets that I know of that use them, I would like to know if anybody has come up with a way to build one. I have never seen one first hand, but I do know (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)
