Re: US Mania Mag w/ Bionicle Comic and Contest Brochure

Gee, I hope I got the Lego Club form sent in soon enough to get this issue of Mania. The Manas, by the way, are the remote control crab-ish things. Bionicle.com doesn't have them but pictures have been floating around the net for months. (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

In lugnet.technic.bionicle, David Wertz writes: [...] Wow! That's actually a LOT of news! Could anyone in the US please scan these new things?   US Mania Mag w/ Bionicle Comic and Contest Brochure

I haven't been able to check this site for about 10 days, and was suprised today to see how much has happened.   Re: Lugnet acronyms

I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden, at 2:54PM QLD time, on Wednesday, May 16, 2001, I couldn't access that page. Weird. And then, just as quickly the display error disappears again.   RE: Lugnet acronyms

Gaurav, MOC means My Own Creation. You came up with the idea and built it yourself. AFOL means Adult Fan Of Lego. Hope this helps. Feel free to ask any question. The only stupid question is the one you do not ask. Thanx, Milissa Millère Visit my (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Lugnet acronyms

(...) "MOC" is short for My Own Creation "AFOL" is short for Adult Fan Of Lego (bricks, products, the company, etc) I have been around here a long time, and I still have not figured out what a "SNOT" is supposed to be. But I just remembered what we (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Lugnet acronyms

This is probably a really stupid question, since everyone here seems to know what these mean, but could someone tell me what "MOC" and "AFOL" stand for? Thanks... -Gaurav Thakur, raving madman Can be reached at cp5670@supermail.com (URL) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.technic)
