  Re: Steering of driven wheels

(...) Interesting. My problem is I am (and I know this is pretty daft) trying to make the entire chassis from the parts in the 8479 Code-pilot truck as I haven't split my sets yet. So these are the wheels I am working with and I would need to get (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Bionicle correction and more info

(...) Okay, good to hear you officially admit your "mistakes" now, although I still think two different batches are a marketing strategy, rather than a true misprint (which sounds rather impossible having in mind how much hope and efforts TLC has (...)   Bionicle correction and more info

Christian (and Michael and everyone else), Sorry, I should have been more clear on one issue -- Christian is right that not all of the masks were included in the first release of the mask packs. So it's inaccurate to say that "all 73 masks had an (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Do Bioncle Masks hide Greedy Marketing?

Hi Eric, excellent reply! I couldn't have said that better! The guys that complain about the "collectible system" itself won't buy the masks anyway (and nobody asks them to do so). I don't complain about that thing, I knew about that before having (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.dear-lego)

  Re: Steering of driven wheels

(...) Lost me here, sorry. Perhaps I had better do some reading up on automotive engineering first! My MOC is actually a rendition of a friend's 1962 Landy, so pretty low-auto-tech. It has leaf spring suspension on both axles and they are both (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Steering of driven wheels

I know this may make some people squeemish, but you can always drill out a larger hole in the middle of the wheel's hub, so that the cv joint can slide all the way through the hub. Then connect a "technic wedge belt wheel" to the outside of the hub, (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Second Batch has arrived - ripping fans off again?

(...) Hi Tomas (Team LEGO Direct)! (...) Yes, it certainly is time!!! And I am more than happy to see that you are working on an "official" list for serious collectors. I do understand that it's not possible to give out information about upcoming (...) (26 years ago, 14-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle, lugnet.lego.direct)
