You can get the pumps at Dacta: (URL) a search for part number 779915. They cost $10.75 for two. The cylinders cannot be ordered separately. However, several companies on www.brickbay.com sell them (and also the pumps). Search on "pheumatic" from (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

You can get by with U-joints if you limit the travel of your suspension abit or are very careful about your pivot points. I'm not familiar with the suspension in the Land Rover, but I'd guess that it's got unequal length A-arms and that ussually (...) (24 years ago, 13-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Does anybody know where to get the SMALL pneumatic pump and cylinder? You can get one of each plus a bunch of technic parts for about $28.00 from S&H but does anyone know a better source? K. Gold (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.technic)

Well my man here's the deal, making a 4x4 sterring nuckle from scratch with out using the prepared solution from the auto chasis has always been tricky, the u-joint set up is the way to go, and trust me if you think that the scale problem is holding (...)
