Re: What sets is this motor used in?

(...) Yes, it did. hanks a lot! Peeron does not state a number. Could it be that the battery cover's number should do the job? Then Peeron schould be updated! Reg. (21 years ago, 11-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: What sets is this motor used in?

(...) Hi Matthias, The motor you describe can be found in these sets: (URL) there are more sets which include this motor, but the ones listed above include one for sure!   Re: uCOG IV

(...) James, By all means Might Mite 2's foot clearance is enough. Sorriy if it sounded like I said that. I'm still amazed at how small a COG shifter you made. It is a thing of beauty. Kevin (...) (21 years ago, 11-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: uCOG IV

(...) - Kevin, I'm glad you were inspired by my little walkers. This one is pretty cool. It reminds me of a little toddler =) I saw uCOG III a couple days ago(those 24-tooth gears sure come in handy as cams) and thought it looked nice. You're right (...)   Re: uCOG IV

I forgot to mention that given uCOG IV weighs so little, the torsional and bending resistance of the cable has a huge effect on walking. I'm motivated to make a micro-battery pack, with six hearing aid batteries.... :^) Kevin (21 years ago, 10-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

  uCOG IV

James, I've been extremely inspired by your tiny weight shifters. I knew that my original attempts were going to be bested, but I hand't gotten inspiration to make them smaller. I actually finished up a uCOG III that had smaller feet than uCOG II, (...) (21 years ago, 10-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

Re: THEY ARE HERE (Inventor Sets Too!)

  8448 Web Instructions?

Back in 1999, when the 8448 Super Street Sensation came out, there were 4 extra models that were featured in the set's instruction manual, but not fully 'documented'. I seem to remember that there were web-based instructions for these models, (...) (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Custom Pneumatic Parts

Hi everyone, I was just curious if anybody had ever tried to make any custom length cylinders that were functional with the Lego pneumatics. I was thinking about it the other day and it seems like it shouldn't be that difficult. Greg (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Truss Design Programs

(...) I'm awaitng the stand alone application that also produces .dat-files and orders Eric Sophies Jama to actually build it. Of course the application has to work on multiple platforms. :) /Tobbe (21 years ago, 9-May-03, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.trains, lugnet.build)
