I recently won a Technic 8854 Power Crane set off ebay and recieved it today. The original polybags were almost all still sealed, but the box was in very poor condition and one of the polybags was opened, so the parts had spilled out of it; a few of (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.technic)

I used three sets of treaded chain links and 1x10 plates to make the tracks for a couple models. None of the plates ever came completely loose, but some of them would come loose from one of the three treads. Virtually all of the treaded chain links (...)
