Mario,
You've got me on a pet subject, so I'll jump in. The Technic suitcase
is a marvel of useless engineering. The dividers are flimsy, the trays
don't stay in one place, and if you drop the case, you'll have to sort
out the parts again - and it's expensive.
I had a case with my 8062 and gave it away. It all fits in a single PLANO
tackle box. See my website at
<http://www.bmts.com/~rhempel/lego/storage/default.html>
for a discussion of these boxes. I'm not sure if you can get them in Italy,
but PLANO has a website (can't remember it - try www.plano.com?) and
see if they distribute in Europe.
In actual fact, any decent tackle box is better than the Technic suitcase.
Cheers,

| I need to store a bunch of technic pieces. What's wrong with the Lego Technic suitcase? (I haven't any) - Price? - Shape? - Functionality? Thanks for your opinion. Mario (26 years ago, 9-Mar-99, to lugnet.storage)
