Hello, while I would not say I have too much Lego, I certainly have a chore in
maintaining it all. So, what I do is keep one color out that I can work with.
Try that. Also, I keep choice elements and parts out on my desk that I hope to
use some day.
If you work by color, at least you can put the "other stuff" away while you work
with that color and possibly another color that compliments or accents what you
have. This minimizes how much you "keep out" and let's you put the other stuff
away until you work in a new color.
Fact is your gonna have to sort some of it. Eventually, it will help you not
only build better but save time in looking for parts, not to mention a sorted
collection conserves space. Well that is up for debate, but that is my honest
opinion.

X-fut to .storage, but this is a general issue most of us deal with as
collectors and fans. So it could go in either group I guess.

| I am thinking that i might be able to enjoy my Lego again, build some if i had less of my Lego out. While i do not want to make a big project of the sorting of stuff to store, does anyone have suggestions on what to keep out? Has anyone else felt (...) (20 years ago, 22-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
