i was kidding about the minifig scale star destroyer...

but i still think chunks of the deathh star are still viable, like ion
cannon towers, cell block, trash compactor, emporer's throne (not room,
again, too big) and such

i'd like a chunk of the trench, but thats probly still too big...

But did not Kenner do some capital ships for their figures that were not • to
movie scale but still looked cool. Perhaps Lego could do the same. A • small
Minifig Blockade Runner would still look awesome if built right. Who • cares
about scale?

They made a playset with some of the features of the Executor, and there
was, of course, the Death Star Playset, but those were the only ones that
were compatible with the 3.5" figs. I've seen pictures of a prototype
Tantive IV, but they never released it. :^(

They also made the "Rebel Transport" from ESB (The ones they use to escape
from Hoth). It wasn't a playset, it was the complete ship. Basically, you
could stand all your action figures in it. It was completely out of scale.

(...) Maybe they can create your suggested playsets and make them compatible to each other like they did with some castle-sets (walls, houses, castle) some years ago. The sets could be combined in any 2 dimensional way you like with technic (...) (24 years ago, 20-Sep-00, to lugnet.starwars)
