I seriously doubt they'll do a Star Destroyer, or the Mon Calimari Cruiser, or
even a blockade runner, unless they do them as a UCS set.  A proper mini-fig
scale Star Destroyer would be quite large, and quite expensive.  Basically it
would require a warehouse to store, and about three years to construct.  They
could possibly do the bridge of a Star Destroyer as a play set.  The Mon
Calimar Cruiser, though slightly smaller than the Star Destroyer, would still
be a rather large undertaking.  A mini-fig scale blockade runner would be
about 1/10 the size, but would still take a few hundred thousand pieces...

A minifig size Death Star would probably be larger than the Great Pyramid.

Playsets are entirely possible, but the larger ships cannot be done in minifig
scale...  they could be done as UCS sets however (and I hope they do... :)

The Imperial Shuttle is supposed to have Palpatine and two Imperial Guards,
which are the red guys... :)  I'm looking forward to seeing how Lego does this
ship.

i dont mean to be nit-picky, but dont you mean ep 4-6...hehe

i wonder what the chances are of seeing something bigger than the falcon..
like an imperial star destroyer or a mon cal cruiser

it'd also be interesting to have sets of parts of the death star (since i'm
guessing theyd never do a minifig scale of the whole thing) like an ion cannon
array and others

also, does anyone know if the upcoming imperial shuttle that's gonna have the
emporor and two troppers with it, if those troopers are the red ones? those • are
my fav
