They are "new" compared to the 20 + year-old version that used to inhabit
my toybox as a lad.

Ease down.
It's called a "picture reference." Some of us use them as a _reference_
for building our own LEGO creations or custom minifigs. I often visit
NON-LEGO (gasp!) websites to get pics for things I want to build. In that
sense, it's certainly relevant. If you don't personally find it relevant then
just move on to the next post.

| You guys are starting to sound like kids. And no, you can't say that back to me, cause I am a kid. For the record, I know what you meant mark, and to be a bit more helpful, they don't (unfortunately) make lego droids like that =( But, Im sure you (...) (25 years ago, 11-May-00, to lugnet.starwars)
