Us too!!! Zeg found it tucked away at the back of the shelf in out local
Tescos in (cue suffolk accent) Stow-mar-ket. There were two or three of them,
and our one cost us twenty of our British pounds. Nice. We also found one of
those millenium slizers, which builds two models- either a stomping behemoth
or a rather menacing looking hell's angel style biker. Vroom. Anyway, the
battle droid is FAB!!! So hot it has to be supercooled in liquid nitrogen. It
is ingeniously designed and a brilliantly well realised model. With a set of
this quality kicking off the 2000 range, I think the rest will turn out better
than the pictures in the catalogue show.

Hey guys- I got my battle droid technic set delivered from Scotland yesterday. (thanx Scott!). I just wanted to give some thoughts about it: It rocks! It's a good set as far a peice count, and should probably be a $30 set over here in the States (...) (25 years ago, 16-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars)
