What are you guys talking about?
OFF-TOPIC: I once found a yellow medium radar dish in a garbage container on
the street. That means Message Intercept base!
Yes, I actually spent some time digging through that container to find more
pieces of the MIB, but all I found was some other normal bricks, including a
half minifig, some wheels, a boat hull and a firing cannon.

This is a cheap way of getting more lego :-)

Well, it looks like I'm in luck!
I stopped by the Wal-Mart on the way home
to pick up a spare A-Wing Fighter,
and what do I find inside but the new 2001 LEGO catalog!

Get the Delorean out of the garage,
rummage through the garbage can for some stuff
to feed into the "Mr. Fusion [tm]"
to get the 1.21 gigawatts,
prep the hover circuits,
fire up the flux capacitor,
and let's _GO_!!!  :-)

I don't know about you, but if I had that Delorean, I'd get a brand new
Message Intercept Base for less $ per piece than some set in 2001...

You've just touched my deepest dream regarding Legos. Actually, the set • that
I would take would not be a space set (as several people already knows,
space sucks..:-) but the concept is just the one I daydreamed several • times.

(...) The Delorean refers to the time-machine/car in the "Back to the Future" movies. How else would you get a 2000 set with a 2001 catalog? (...) --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o o \ BramL@juno.com ---...---oooo-----(_...o---...--- WWW: (URL) (25 years ago, 20-Nov-99, to lugnet.starwars)
