    TRU Midnight Opening —Eric Lind
Ok, I just called my local TRU to ask if they were, indeed, opening at 12am, and was told it would be Sunday. Now, according to my calendar, May 1st comes on Saturday, meaning the early opening would be tonight. The implication from the TRU (...) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) on (...) Yup, that's correct. The release date for Episode 1 merchandise (not just Lego) is May 3 (Monday), not May 1. James (URL) (26 years ago, 30-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

I hope there won't be too many people there. I don't want to be (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: TRU Midnight Opening —Eric Lind
Ugh. If I don't get to bed by 11, I'm a zombie for work at 8 the next morning. A nap on Sunday afternoon it is! BTW, the sign on the door did say that it was 12:01 am on Monday morning, ie the non-daylight period between Sunday and Monday, that the (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)
