Just to be sure, you might want to double check. I don't second guess
people who have never worked the night shift, I make sure. Having worked the
night shift for over a year some years ago I noticed this. Get them to commit
to saying something like "May 3, 12 am" period. No "night" descriptions are
needed, as they can confuse things.
Some people get confused with night and early morning. In relation to other
subjects, I've heard some people say "Saturday night at midnight" which really
means "early Sunday morning, 12am". To them it's still night because they
haven't gone to bed yet. Sunday morning to them means when they wake up. I
kinda wish our clocks were designed to have a new day start somewhere around
sunrise rather than some dark, relatively non-descript hour.
It sounds very picky until you drive there only to discover you either
missed it or you have to do it again tomorrow. :)

| To all, Try this very point with the movie theaters, They say "Matinee shows start before 12 PM and there for are at reduced ticket price) Go the the theater for the late night showing of Star Wars EP 1 (Through that in there to keep it on topic) (...) (26 years ago, 1-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)
