Why are people rating this set already? I thought you are only supposed to
rate sets that you have.

I don't own a Main Street set or a Statue of Liberty, but I've seen other people's and looked through the instructions, etc. So, if I feel I know enough to be "qualified" to (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jun-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.general)
