  Re: T16 skyhopper set

(...) This is pretty cool. I hope that's a dark red helmet, can anyone tell if it's a Rebel Pilot helmet or an aviator's helmet like Ep. 1 Anakin wears in his sets? -Mikey (22 years ago, 8-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: T16 skyhopper set

(...) Its a set like this that restores my faith in TLC. This is one of the best starwars sets yet. (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Mynock MOC (v.2)

Very nice! Congrats on getting your B'omarr Monk into an official set. -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: UCS Scimitar Assault Bomber

(...) Great job as always guys! Looks cool-did you have to take apart the TIE Crawler to build it? BTW, just for troubleshooting, the second pic down is on the blink and won't load correctly. Keep up the good work! Hasta la Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: T16 skyhopper set

(...) Not the best thing, but the pilots cool. I wonder if they're gonna release a cantina or homestead soon.(unfortunately both would probably be juniorized) Hasta La Vista, Sean (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: T16 skyhopper set

(...) Where's the Wamp Rat!!! -sp? Everyone knows if you can bullseye a Wamp Rat from your T-16 it must be easy to hit a ventalation shaft on the Death Star with an X-Wing. Duh. :-) I like the Pilot as well... Eric K. (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: T16 skyhopper set

(...) Sweet! The pilot looks like a Scout Trooper head with an aviator's helmet. --Jack AFOL, St. Louis ___...___ Do you Yahoo!? Faith Hill - Exclusive Performances, Videos & More (URL) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: T16 skyhopper set

I kinda like this. It seems like a straightforward set with some usable pieces at a price point that's not a bargain, but reasonable. And as mentioned, there's the fig....I guess another use was found for the bikerscout head print. I'm still quietly (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  T16 skyhopper set

Pic of the next 2003 set is up at www.fbtb.net It's the T16 with generic pilot. Looks kinda cool. Think I still prefer my custom, but this elooks like it may have some cool partses, and the pilot looks really good. (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: LEGO Star Wars 2003

(...) So if it's licensing, why are the storyteller sets the only ones to suffer from this problem? Most of the rest of the SW line is quite reasonably priced. Look at the cloud car or AT-ST or landspeeder for example. (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lando poll

(...) I take it you're against ewoks with short legs for the same reasons? And incidentally, we have non-yellow 'figs, and my imagination still seems to be in perfect working order. (...) I'm hoping that fig comes up in a cheaper (or better) 2003 (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lando poll

I would agree with Pedro in that this should be looked at as a skintone issue, not a race issue. As analogy: Before LEGO made an Episode 2 Anakin minifig, they never made minifigs with orangey-brown hair. Before that, you had to choose red or brown (...)   Re: Lando poll

I just want to say this: When I saw the comic by Greg Hyland (sp?) on (URL) I saw Lando. My non-discriminatory imagination saw Lando. Lego is an imaginitive toy - imagine whatever you want and it will come true. Lego is right to have a one color (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lando poll

(...) Tommy, Chewbacca, the Ewoks, and the new PIG figure (coming in Jabba's Palace sets) are all non-yellow but this is becuase they are all non-human! So I do not think you can compare those figs to with the lando issue. We must remember one (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lando poll

(...) Great points Leonard!!! I agree that the "endless shades" issue can be as EASILY addressed in just TWO shades. Light and dark. Simple as that... (Yellow and Brown....) I have been ranting about this in the NBA forum as of late... I seem to (...) (22 years ago, 7-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Mynock MOC (v.2)

Hello. I've uploaded the second version of my Mynock creature MOC at my site: (URL) me know what you think. Thank you. -Bruce Brucey-Wan's Homepage - (URL) (22 years ago, 6-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

  Re: Lando poll

(...) I think that might be a good choice... I mean, NOONE has a yellow fleshtone NOR a red one (although once that night have been said). So this colour might solve the problem in a convenient way: it is close enough to brown, just like yellow is (...) (22 years ago, 6-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Lando poll

(...) Wow.. and I never knew anyone cared... but to add something: yellow (like in the Simpsons) only denotes 'lighter skin tones', which includes not only caucasians, but also japanese, native americans, etc. The benefit to this point of view is (...) (22 years ago, 6-Oct-02, to lugnet.starwars)
