Re: Where are the 2001 SW sets?

(...) This could be an occurrence of "comic store owner" syndome, wherein every comic store owner in a 50 mile radius buys up new toys just in case they get valuable. But my WalMart is lame too.   Re: AT-ST (7127)

Well I finally found an AT-ST and I find myself agreeing with everyone else. It's a great parts set, but that's about it... It does actually look like an AT-ST if you view it from the back at the correct angle, but from any other angle it just looks (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) of the Walmarts (one I never goto) had a few sets, but nothing 2001. The other one (the one near my house) had just stocked and they had the Battle Droid Carrier and the Droid Escape... whoopideedoo. They also had an ATST *BOX*... the parts (...) Okay, so they screwed up last time and refunded the postage in full, but I'm not lucky enough to have it happen again ;) I've just bought a load of Life on Mars stuff from Toys R Us, and it was about 10% cheaper than (...)
