| | Re: My P-38 entry - not the Paparazzi-38:)
|
| (...) Very slick. I wouldn't have done the patchy color scheme myself, but that may merely be due to my limited imagiantion. It's almost System scale, only a bit beefier - good to play with, but not too heavy to whoosh as mine tend to be. (...) Well (...) (21 years ago, 22-Feb-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| | The P-38 Theme Hoverbike
|
| Upon hearing of the P-38 contest in .space, the guys down at Moonbase County Hoverbikes deciced to pay homage and design a P-38 theme hoverbike. So after many nights of fabricating, building and an occasional arguement here and there, this was their (...) (20 years ago, 21-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

| The P-38 derivative is neat, but I really like the tanker. I don't know if it's intentional, but the mottled effect of the slightly different shades of white gives it a "well-worn" look, like a tanker should have. James Wilson Dallas, TX (21 years ago, 4-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

| | New MOC - PX-38 Thunder Clap (entry for P-38 contest)
|
| The Thunder Clap is a light sport craft done in classic space style and colors. It weighs in at about 65 pieces and has folding landing gear. This model is my first MOC since June of last year. It's good to be back -- thanks for the contest, Jon! (...) (21 years ago, 9-Feb-04, to lugnet.space)

| | MINI C-38 Dropship
|
| I created some new MINI dropships: the C-47 and the C-38. The most interesting detail is the engine, I think sometime I'll upload some more pictures about it. I wasn't satisfied with my entry for the P-38 lightning contest ( (URL) ) and I think, the (...) (20 years ago, 19-Apr-04, to lugnet.space, lugnet.cad)

| | P-38 Contest Entry: S/FB-12 "Lightning 2"

| Hi all, I've been seeing all these awesome P-38 based creations and decided to try one myself, so here's mine. It's part of a set of ships I'm working on using this engine style. I really was aiming for a very P-38 like design, but not exactly like a P-38. I am happy with the way it turned out. (...) Not (...) (20 years ago, 26-Mar-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)
