Yes, I have. what I did was that I dug out every tile I could find, used 2*n
bricks to build the trail, and then made a 2-stud wide gap in the vehicle´s
bottom to fit in the "track". In order to turn, I made a 1-stud wide gap
between the main rail and the turning rail, then I took a 2*10 brick, put it
on a turntable, and then by turning the brick 90 degrees, and then add
another 1-stud gap between the turn brick and another main track positioned
in angle to the first one, I got it to work. But, my monorail was not
motorised, it was hand-driven. Maybe you could use the RCX to stop the
monorail motor when on the turning brick, then use the micro motor to turn
it and then let the monorail travel again?

| Hi, I am currently planning on making a large space station facility, and I want it to have mass transport, so I thought of using a monorail. The only problem is that I don't have any real monorails, so I made one out of regular 1xN bricks. It works (...) (25 years ago, 25-Sep-99, to lugnet.space)
