I can't help you there, exactly, but the infidel MegaBloks makes a few
smallish sets which include rubber tubing very similar to that found in 483.

| (...) with (...) Mega-what? Oh, yeah... those. Seriously, I'll have to check for them next time I'm at TRU or Wal-mart. The Technic tubing (#5109) is $3.25 from S@H, and you get one 23" hose, one 39" hose, and 4 t-connectors. If MegaBloks can beat (...) (25 years ago, 2-Jan-00, to lugnet.space)
