Looks good. I definitely like the second method, where the corridor is exactly
1 floor away from the normal corridor.
One thing seems a bit off, though- you've got plates in your red/white height
stacks. It looks like you've got a 2x3 plate at the very bottom, and 2x4 plates
in between levels. That makes it look like the difference between floors is
10.3 bricks on centers. They really need to be exactly 10. Perhaps you can
recolor your stack better and show where the plates are.
Anyway, I'm all for adding a ground floor to the standard. Many existing
modules can probably even be converted very easily.
So if the regular height (10) is considered "first floor" as it always has, then
is the ground level called "G"? You can take your pick as to whether it means
"Ground" or "Ghetto".

There are 2 red 2x2 plates above each yellow 2x4 plate. I may make a better version of (...) (20 years ago, 26-Apr-05, to lugnet.space)
