Thanks! Filling in the gaps left by those larger arches can be tricky...it
would if the intermediate size existed. I always wish I had more of the big
ones too (I ran out on this project).

No, they're just for show.

The moonbase connection is plenty strong. That corridor isn't hollow. The only
weak part on the whole MOC is really the connection between the middle wheels
and their suspension arms. Maybe I should have spent more time making those fit
in with the rest of the design better...seems that's where everyone is pointing
out the weakness.
