Very nice board- I love the hoses and other greebling on the surface! The trans
blue works very well for black squares. The interior is well done as well, and
the railings are great.
While the pieces look nice, I cant imagine trying to actually play with them.
The kings, queens, and pawns are fairly easy to identify. However, the other
pieces all look way too similar to each other, with no logical connection to
traditional chess icons. I cant think of a good way to do it if you want to
have them correspond to official Lego designs, though.

| (...) Thanks, I enjoyed building it, Trying to find different peices that could fit in the one stud gap in the board was quite a challenge. (...) Yeah, Trying to differentiate the pieces is a bit of an issue. The way I got around this was to build (...) (20 years ago, 5-Jan-05, to lugnet.space, FTX)
