Has anyone seen the movie? Is it any good?

Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow

Saw it and REALLY liked it.

I knew it wasn’t going to be Shakespeare, but it was an enjoyable romp.

It was like watching a pulp novel, and it really worked.

There was real chemistry between Paltrow and Law, and the ending line was a corker. And even though she was only in it for a bit, Angelina Jolie was fantastic.

An Equation for this film:

Flash Gordon + Blackhawks + (a female) Nick Fury Agent of Shield + the Shield helicarrier + Indiana jones + Wizard of Oz = Sky Captain and the World of Tommorow.

If you like comic books, you’ll love this film.

Get the DVD.

Matt
