The colors used in this set are often used in pre-CS MOCs. However, I think
that the construction of this set is CS through and through. The selection of
pieces is CS. The way the maneuvering thrusters are built, the main engines are
attached, the top fins and tail is attached, the way the cargo container fits in
the back of the ship, the way you get into the cockpit, all scream CS.
In my mind, pre-CS is anything that bridges the gap between LEGO Town sets like
Launch Command (Space Shuttle sets) and CS.
Of course, the above is my opinion only.
