Yes, I had actually thought of that earlier, but forgot about it before I took
the pictures. This is one of the things I really like about Lego. A MOC can
continue to evolve over time and get better and better.

Thanks. I am really happy with the way it turned out. I almost like it better
than the larger scale version that I have yet to post. They only thing is that
the model is rather fragile, especially how the wings are attached. Its
definitely more display model than toy at this point. If I eventually get the
right type of click hinge pieces I might try those to enhance its swooshablilty.

Yep, gotta repsect the limits of the collection. I actually have some gray
plate hinges but they are being used in MOCs that have yet to be photographed.
I also have a terrible time tearing down MOCs I really like. I really need to
learn the ways of LDRAW/MLCAD and POV-ray.. Then I could even post instructions
too.
Actually, the White doesn't look too bad though. If used properly in
conjunction with tan, dark gray, and black, it could really give a dirty,
gritty, weathered appearence to the model.
