I havent finished my project for a large space vehicle, but I thought I would
share my progress so far.
Visit
http://homepages.tesco.net/~lawrence.wilkes/legoc.htm
There is only the one creation at present 'LL918'. I will name it properly
once finished.
It a large military offensive vehicle
It is deployed for search and destroy missions on hostile alien planets
It is fully rigged for unhabitable atmospheres
It is designed to run for several months without returning to base
The model is
48 studs long
22 studs wide (plus wheels)
about 24 bricks high (plus ground clearance)
and weighs 5 1/2 Ibs
It is built in 3 layers that separate to show the interior detail
These are for each of the 3 floors of the vehicle
It has crew quarters for 8
I have posted several pictures here with thumnails to show the quite detailed
interior.
I am now building a similar sized trailer part to the vehicle which will house
an army of mechs, vehicles and marines
Once complete I intend to build a more complete web site with a story around it
Hope you like it
regards
lawrence
