typos. it was supposed to read 'Hyper-Antimatter Pulse'. what that means is that a magnetic field shoots antimatter in pulses toward a core of excited (hence the name hyper) atoms to cause the atoms to release thier extra electrons. Then positrons (...) (24 years ago, 18-Jun-00, to lugnet.space)
