What lighting setup did you use? The picture is just perfect, the model
not over-exposed but the background still ‘pure’ white. Any post-proccessing
involved?

Yes, in fact. I use Photoshop extensively, but try make the photograph as good
as possible beforehand anyway. I usually shoot in diffuse daylight at ISO 50 on
a white background. It’s never white enough, however, so P-shop’s Levels and
Dodge & Burn controls are essential.
