Love it. The Keppler-ish PHP is great. I'm using it in my new site, too.
Only the links don't work for me, the html file has already sent a header.
Put the header part of the PHP script at the very top, before anything is
sent to the HTML file. Then it should redirect right.
Oh, and the transparent gif can look better if you use a matte. You don't
intend on using different skins, do you? If you don't, then you can just
select a yellow matte color under the 'Save for web' option in Photoshop.
It makes the edges blend in- for example, see this.
