Hello everyone (can I say fellow.spacers yet?).

Having NOT been made to feel completely foolish (phew!) when my first
nano-scale fleet was posted here (thanks for the positive feedback), I have
been spurred on to update the Nova Sector site and anyone who cares to take
a look will now find a second nano-scale fleet residing there.

Except - I've only done the write-ups on five of the ships so far.

Anyway, here's the main link:

http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/NSIndex.html

And the new Madron (evil aliens - boo, hiss) fleet is here:

http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Madron%20Fleet.html

All the piccies and basic technical information is there on each of the 14
new ships, but write-ups have only been completed on the following so far:

Herald class Communications Vessel -
http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Herald.html
Hammer class Missile Cruiser -
http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Hammer.html
Harridan class Strike Cruiser -
http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Harridan.html
Harlequin class Fighter Carrier -
http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Harlequin.html
Hercules class Freighter -
http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Hercules.html

Yes, I know they are all fairly basic - but I like the look of them
personally and I am gradually getting more adventurous with my building
techniques - honest I am.  As for why I use MLCAD - it's just easier for me
right now as my LEGO collection isn't exactly huge...

Enough justification...

And, whilst I'm here someone asked me last time if I planned to do any
mini-fig scale stuff - so I've kind of "had a go" at my first proper
mini-fig MOC - the Nymph class Interceptor, and that's here:

http://www.shush-its-secret.demon.co.uk/Nymph.html

Please check it out and LMKIIMACFOM (that's a new acronym - let me know if
I'm making a complete fool of myself) or if I'm being too derivative of
other people's stuff.

Write-ups on the remaining 9 Madron ships will follow as I'm a stickler for
having a nice history to everything I upload.

Thanks for reading my ramblings.

Andrew.

(...) Of course. :-) <snip> (...) I find it hard to get into micro and nanofig stuff, but I really like how this stuff all looks almost the same with slight differences. Looks like it was all made by the same manufacturer. Nifty. (...) minifig stuff (...) (21 years ago, 16-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)
