    Little MOC: MiniMercury —Chris Maddison
Hi all, I was looking for a small project to do, and ran across a small black roadster awhile ago on Brickshelf (I can't seem to find it now, and don't remember who made it). Here's my spaceyfied version: (URL) styled it pretty closely after the (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) fill in empty spaces in a colony scene. It would be cool to see this model in a variety of colors, and maybe a variant hard-top model. I really like these small Future City designs people come up with. ...Oh, and in this case, I also get a (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks Hendo. I dunno how easy it would be to mass produce; for such a small model it's fairly parts-intensive. If someone had enough copies of the pieces in multiple colors that'd really work well for scenes. A hard top model sounds (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Chris, What an excellent spacey, luxury speeder! It really captures the essence of the two kinda different themes: a luxury car and a space speeder. Personally right now I'm getting into six wide, two seater vehicles (they seem more realistic w/o (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks Lenny. I tried this in 6-wide for two people also, but the proportions were out of whack. Can't wait to see what you come up with tho. -Chris (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

That's really cool. The rockets work well here, and the dual wedges balance out each other nicely. Very nice 'spaceyfied' model. I'm a sucker for space-civilian MOCs, you can't ever have to many of them. The pictures are a little dark, however. II (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Thanks John. (...) Exactly. For every theme that holds true. It's nice to see something without axes or laser blasters every now and again. (...) Yeah, I'm at my folks' house for Xmas and I don't have my picture taking setup. When I get back (...) (22 years ago, 23-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Little MOC: MiniMercury —Gil Shaw
That is so much fun....especially with the Oil Can Harry fig! I have this vision of him just coming from tying up a damsel to the moonbase monorail track. A good example of what a post SW license $6.99 set could be. Good to see you back, man...your (...) (22 years ago, 24-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)
