(...) I think it could use some guard rails, at least on the walkways around the central column. That drop could give someone the heebie-jeebies. The slopes on the sides keep it from looking too boxy. Well done. ~GAMH (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Nifty. First thing I thought of was Gold Saucer from FFVII for some reason. I like the caution strips along the platforms, but I agree with Mark, guardrails are good. Don't want your minifigs wandering off the edge. :-) -Chris (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Wow, that's a cool idea. You could land a pod on one of those nicely. Heck, you could land a couple of them on a pad (sorry, my thoughts are a bit pod-centric right now). The detail on the bottom floor is great. (...) (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Nice, Jason, but I just have one question: Once I've landed, how do I get inside? Regards ROSCO (22 years ago, 10-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

this is a great addition to the moonbase mods... I love how its tall. I think that because of the height of the portal connections that were established, we have all had the tendency to hug the surface as much as possible. I'm bummed that you (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Very cool stuff Jason. The thing is huge!!! I especially like the slopes that come out of the central column. Serves to break up the shape of the tower. -Stefan- (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

(...) Coolness factor aside, I have some serious concerns about this landing tower. Where the heck is the Air Traffic Control tower??? I mean, how're all these ships suppose to land and take off without crashing into each other?? This isn't (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

I quite like the idea of building vertically in a module and this one is done very well indeed. Very cool Jason - it would look great joined in a group of other modules fer shure. Cheers, -G (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

That's one great module. It should work great in lunar gravity! I love the idea behind it and can see many speeders, pods and hoverthings in my mind's eye zipping around it. Keep building and sharing! Alexander (...) (22 years ago, 11-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)

Jason, sorry I did not get back to you in regards to your latest moonbase modules. As for your landing platform tower: It %#$%#& rocks! The same goes for Peter's Classic Space Police Train Station module. I wanna see more modules from ya, man! Oh, (...) (22 years ago, 14-Sep-02, to lugnet.space)
