The atmosphere perhaps, but I'm not sure that a roof helps to keep in
gravity. ;)

I can see both sides Matt. I think the moonbase project is a wonderful
endeavor. The 'rules' are really meant (as I see them) to make sure that
everyone has an equal chance to participate. In other words, if you make
your module to the specs provided, you know that you can mate it up with
other modules made by other folks who followed the guidelines.
On the other hand, I've never been one for group activities. When I posted
my Mining Outpost 'module' a few weeks ago I'd never heard of the moonbase
project; it hadn't been announced yet. That said, I am not worried that my
outpost doesn't meet the moonbase guidelines. It works just fine as it is. :)
