Let's go for it. I thought we were started when you got the website up. I
have not been able to post for a while but now I am back with my new domain.
As far as being "in charge", we[1] are. I was asked to make descissions on
rules once we started so the rest of the committee could compete without
feeling they have a conflict of interest. I still have to finalize the
voting process but that does not have to be ready until late December.
