Well, the piece limit is just a guide line, but 60/400 is a fairly significant percentage over the limit. My first recommendation is to simply enter it in the general category, category VII. There is no official parts limit for that category, so feel free to add as many more parts as you like. My second recommendation is to ask Jude (the Scrutinizer) and not me. Remember, I'm competing in this too. :) I might just tell you to add pink belleville parts, devious competitor that I am... "Rules" questions should be directed to him. I'm pretty much just web page maintenance. And speaking of that, I will get around to that, I promise. I'm between computers/isp's right now (long story), but on thursday, we get cable internet. Then I'll be all over things. ~ Tom

Well, this doesn't answer your question, but I have a comment to add. I build all my MOC's IRL and with lots of little parts, so there is no way I am going to sit down and count all the parts.
