Tom, I have a rather odd question for you. I've remodeled a MOC L-CAD ship (non-published) I built a couple of years ago. It's supposed to be a flagship-class upgrade to the 6954, but with its Commander's pod, it comes out 60 pieces to large. (460 over a max of 400.) Since its detachable, I'm not too worried, but wondered what your advice is. Would it be ok for me to keep it there? or should I remove it (bringing my total down to about 390) which with minifigs (as 5 pieces in 1987-88), will put me under the posted limit. Well, this doesn't answer your question, but I have a comment to add. I build all my MOC's IRL and with lots of little parts, so there is no way I am going to sit down and count all the parts. I feel kinda dumb asking this as I'm on the committee, but when does this thing officially start? The web page is up and ready at (URL) and I'm ready to start taking entries.
