Re: Evolution of Earth and moon (was: Couldn't resist)

(...) Isn't the theory behind rainbows (or light spectrums in general) that the different wavelengths refact by differing amounts, and so white light is "spread" into a spectrum of colours? If that's the case then radar and laser energy would (...) (24 years ago, 12-Jul-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

  Re: Battlespace update

(...) It looks like a solid piece of machinery! Nice design (reminiscent of James Howse's Sword of Alexander dropship). I like the handlebars in the cockpit - a nice change from plain computer panels, levers, or even steering wheels - and the way (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.space)

  Re: Galaxy Enforcer Contest

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

(...) But...but... I just want to Sing! (...) : ) Thanks very much indeed. But actually the ship doesn't really have a proper site at the moment. I'm really almost done with it. Another good weekend could do it. If you want to see a few pics I have (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

(...) It's got huuuuuge tracts of studs... That ship started life as the starship Bardiel, and it's really had one of the neatest developments and setups of any MOC I've seen. I think the whole site is still up, subordinated under the Galactic (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

That is huge. Or at least it looks super huge in the picture. How long was that? Tom "Jon Palmer" <jpalmer@oklahoma.net> wrote in message news:GGBLIn.Ar8@lugnet.com... (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: tinkering with docks

(...) Aren't there also 4 available in the "Mud Masher" <set:8226>? It's a little cheaper.... <snip> (...) -Duane (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: tinkering with docks

(...) I've never seen that part before. Interesting. But then, I don't have any of the "super cars". (...) That's going to be bulky... it probably won't work on anything but huge ships. :-( (...) Ah, yes. I like that a lot. Very clever. (...) I (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

Re: Evolution of Earth and moon (was: Couldn't resist)

(...) I've posted a few times this year, but mostly I've been lurking. And trying to build something that truly satisfies me. I keep buying more parts and experimenting... patience now... (...) Welcome home. Is the dissertation in the can? (...) (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.off-topic.geek)

  Re: new MOC started

(...) When I first saw your Blackhawk MOC I noted the influences. Nice model, BTW. Good, sleek form factor and great modelling of the gatling cannon. But what's up with the wings? ;-) Watching the WC movie was an experience I don't care to relive, (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

Re: The Iron Eagle has been destroyed, but there is hope...

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

(...) ...but what if you want to skim the atmosphere for braking purposes? (or perhaps just to get the guns out away from the body to spread out the damage area ratio? or perhaps its just a refitted atmosphere craft? :-) --- wubwub (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

  What has happened to .space?

I remember in days gone by, when .space was about Space Themed LEGO. Lately it has become a barrel and we seem to have a fish in it. "Get me my shotgun!" I am finding it harder to find posts about MOCs because we seem to be more concerned about (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)

Re: looking for an inventory of 6983 ice station odyssey

(...) I have this set (6983) and a 6930 still in polybags (boxes opened, but Lego new :-)) I am on holiday next week and may attempt my first inventories. Is that too long to wait? If you really want, I could just do a quick tally of all the unusual (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.db.inv)

  Re: another Galaxy Enforcer MOC

(...) wacky! I have to enter... although I know I won't win because the giant engines which also act as weapons when they are not acting as giant engines also look a lot like wings so I'll probably be disqualified. I only put them there so they stop (...) (24 years ago, 11-Jul-01, to lugnet.space)
