  Re: The Derotatinator

(...) Could you explane this, please? As you might know, the moon stopped spinning a long time ago (it's always showing the same side to earth) It hasn't exploded, and it's still shifting huge bodies of water (known as tides) here on earth, proving (...)   The Derotatinator

I'm not much of a space builder, but interesting discussions during Bricksmeet 2003 have prompted me to venture back into outer space after an interlude of some years. I commented that it was convenient to have a Foccault's Pendulum near my (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.loc.au, FTX)

  Re: StarCraft Wraith MOC

Nice job. You know you've got me seriously considering attempting to do a microfig Protoss Carrier. I don't know, yellow just isn't my color though. That's why you've been doing Terran stuff isn't it. Grey and blue, tried and true. -Mike Petrucelli (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: .spacers, UNITE! (was: Re: Castle UNITE!)

(...) ..This would be because I am not a space connaisseur :-) I didn't know Blacktron was supposed to be the bad guy. I admit, while I'm a huge space fan, I know very little about classic space. Here's a proposition for you guys: Try, as a group, (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: StarCraft Wraith MOC

(...) Hey Trav, I've got to say that I'm overall pretty impressed. You have definitely caught the style of the wraith. I laways had the urge to build one but could never really find the reference for how they really look and scale (as you know the (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New MOC: Microscale Ship

(...) Great shape, Nathan, and good engines, but I think the underside is a little flat. Perhaps some inverse slopes, or greeblies? The thing I always asked myself while I was building microscale was, "what microscale features can I put on?". That's (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: Check it.... and it's not even the 24th and a half century.

(...) Does anyone else think this is more than a little bit bizzarre? What's next? Yosemite Sam on a logo for congress? Actually, that might not be too much of a stretch... Allister (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: Some old and new MOCs...

(...) This is my favourite of the group. There's not very much wrong with this that I can see. You've got just the right mix of smooth vs greebling to my eye. I like the open interior. Lot's of techy looking stuff scattered about, and a neat little (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Check it.... and it's not even the 24th and a half century.

(...) Coolness! I wonder if they'll be selling those at the gift shop over at the Research Center near where I work. I might be able to pick some up... Adrian (22 years ago, 20-Jun-03, to lugnet.space)
