  Re: MOC pictures finally!!!

I really like the look of your stuff Austin, tho' as you mentioned the pictures make it a little difficult to make out a lot of the details. The battle bots look great...chunky and serious. I'm really interested in the details of your the head (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Dragon Gunship

Always intresting to see what builders come up with to diversify the alien landscape. I'd have to say that I've never seen dragons used in such a way...the castle folk will be happy (or terrified)! The design of it almost looks retro. The backstory (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: How would you move a planet?

Well, Khan attested the the destruction of one planetary body in a system can shift the orbit of the remaining planets. Of course, Ceti Alpha 5 was laid wasted and infested with disgusting, space ear roaches that turn you into a helpless minion of (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: MOC: Killer Whale

This a great homage to classic interceptor design. It reminds me (in a great way) of the box art to many of the Atari 2600 scifi games of the 80's. You know, you can never really go wrong with the delta goose neck approach. Some great details as (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: MOC: Pre Classic Jump Lander & an experiment....

Greetings! A big thanks to everyone for their ideas, suggestions and kudos. I have put them together with some revamped sketching and have found definite improvements in the implementations. Just working on the mark II version and will post them (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Will it work?

Thank you for the great pics and the feedback. I imagine POC is for "Piece Of <deleted>"? I understand the spirit in which the feedback was given, and am *not* offended. I wonder if I could extend the Slider by one stud toward the 1x2 tile, and use (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Blade Runner Police Spinner

(...) Good work on the shape! The curved canopies work really well. And the back of the Spinner is nicely detailed. You might have made the one man spinner:) Regardless, great work. Question, tho: how did you attach the plates in the back...the 1x3 (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Blade Runner Police Spinner

WOW! Another cool MOC Jon. I like the way you are able to integrate the Bionicle parts seamlessly into a MOC like this. Greg "Jon Palmer" <jon@zemi.net> wrote in message news:HAI0zo.5s6@lugnet.com... (...) kind (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Blade Runner Police Spinner

(...) I would say that it is close enough to bear the name I really like the canopy, but I though that the Slave One canopy piece was only avaliable as one piece, in which model is it split in two like that? Nice work, I always like to see bonicle (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Blade Runner Police Spinner

Also wanted to say thanks to John Herre for sending me the (once) black spiral radar dish. Couldn't have finished this without it! [ j o n ] -- (URL) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Blade Runner Police Spinner

(URL) still need to finish the inside of this and polish up parts of the exterior. Note that this isn't *really* a spinner, as it doesn't have wheels. I kind of think of it as a new type that doesn't need them. Also, instead of 2 doors and 2 seats (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, lugnet.space) !

  Will it work?

(URL) 1x2 tile is held between the 2 ea. "brick 1x1 with handle" and the darker sub-assembly. I do not have the pieces to check the real-world construction, though it looks great in the virtual. Please let me know if this will work in the real (...) (22 years ago, 18-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Feedback thoughts
